JCT International advances arts, education, and community development through partnerships, public art, publishing, and youth programs. Founded in Colombia in 2008 and established in Milwaukee in 2019, the organization brings a bilingual, community-centered approach to lasting impact.
Our Story
From Colombia to Milwaukee
JCT International is the public-facing brand of Fundación Jóvenes con Talento, an organization founded to use art as a tool for life. What began in Colombia in 2008 has grown into a trusted creative nonprofit in Milwaukee, building programs that connect youth, families, schools, artists, and institutions through meaningful cultural work.

We create opportunities for learning, expression, and collaboration through arts education, public art, publishing, community design, and youth-centered programming.
Our work is designed for institutional partners while remaining welcoming to the people at the heart of every project: young people, families, artists, volunteers, and neighborhoods. English leads for institutional audiences, with Spanish support that reflects our roots and community connection.
